Hi, I’m Kiera Davis—but you can call me Coach K. I’m the founder of Coach K Wellness!
I’m a hormone health coach with a B.S. in Public Health and a whole alphabet soup of certifications that reflect one truth: I’m obsessed with helping women reclaim their energy, confidence, and inner fire by getting their hormones, metabolism, and mindset to play on the same team.
I’ve been in the health and wellness world for over a decade and have spent the last 4+ years specializing in hormone health—because it’s the missing puzzle piece for so many women. And once you start working with your body instead of against it? Everything changes.
My Story
At 23, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and constantly in pain from ovarian cysts. The answer I was given? Birth control. Instead of relief, it triggered depression, anxiety, and a version of myself I didn’t recognize. I hit a wall—and knew there had to be another way.
That moment launched my hormone health journey. I became my own first client: researching, testing, healing. I dramatically reduced my symptoms and learned how to live in sync with my cycle. It was life-changing—and now, I help other women do the same.
My approach is science-meets-intuition, and it’s designed to give you the clarity, support, and personalized strategy you’ve been missing.
